Users can request deletion of their FlipSignal account data, including:

• Account information and profile data
• Uploaded item photos
• Scan results and pricing estimates
• Listing drafts and generated copy
• Marketplace connection data
• Session history and tracked items

To request deletion of your data, please email us at support@getflipsignal.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your FlipSignal account
• A brief statement requesting deletion of your data

Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days where legally required. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Some records may be retained if required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-processing reasons. This may include:

• Billing and transaction records
• Records required by law or regulation
• Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
• Data required by payment processors
