FlipSignal may connect to third-party services such as eBay, pricing data providers, and other marketplace APIs to provide functionality.

We are not responsible for any third-party marketplace decisions, account actions, API outages, pricing errors, or any other issues arising from third-party services.

FlipSignal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from buying or selling decisions.
